Before we actually print your 3D figurine, you will always be able to check that the digital 3D model meets your expectations.
You can request that we change the details of your digital 3D model. For example, you can request that your pet’s eyes be opened slightly wider. We will always try our best to grant your request before your figurine is finally printed.
